    - Its effects on the foundation
  • Siding, trim, exterior windows & storms
    - General condition of each
  • Roof, chimney, flashing, valleys
    - Evidence of water penetration, materials, condition
  • Gutters, downspouts
    - General condition, effects of dampness in basement and its ability to carry off rainwater
  • Driveways, patios, decks, porches
    - General condition of each

The Report:
A 33-page user-friendly report, educating you about your home.

When the inspection is completed, the inspector will print a Property Inspection Report on site which lists easy-to–read details on.

  • The condition of components from the basement to the roof
  • How most items work
  • Major and minor deficiencies
  • How to correct deficiencies
  • Possible expenditures in the future
  • Safety concerns
  • Helpful home preservation tips
